A retreat convenient to everything This Huntington Villa is the perfect vacation spot for beach lovers, golfers, and tennis players alike.  Centrally located and directly on the Palmetto Dunes 11 mile lagoon, you could spend a morning or afternoon kayaking or canoeing along the lagoon and then walk to the beach and enjoy the sun the rest of the day. When you decide to come back to the villa, a very comfortable living area awaits.

Spacious rooms 3 Bedrooms including 2 Master BR suites, (each with a walk-in closet, bathroom, and water view) provide comfortable sleeping for 8 in the spacious floor plan. The first floor master BR has a king sized bed, the second floor master BR a king sized bed, and the guest BR has  two double beds and it's own bathroom as well. The first Master and guest bedrooms have a DVD/VCR or DVD player. The first floor master also has a jacuzzi tub to revive you for the next day's activities. Features include a well-stocked open kitchen, dining room, and washer/dryer/utility area.

The comforts you are looking for This end unit villa provides plenty of light and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new electric range, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and all utensils necessary for cooking and entertaining. The villa also contains a washer, dryer and iron with board. There are three cable TV color televisions, a stereo with CD player, and a DVD/VCR Player and additional VCR for your enjoyment. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for you. A High Speed internet connection has been provided for free in 2007.

A place to relax A first floor Master BR means no elevators or stairs  to contend with, so our villa is ideal and convenient for a month or longer winter stay. The screened porch,  (Carolina room), provides cool shade to enjoy the view, a place to play some cards, or to enjoy a quiet breakfast.
