11 mile Palmetto Dunes lagoon, and available to rent as your
vacation, beach, golf, or tennis retreat!

Completely remodeled, our well-appointed 3rd row villa is a five minute walk to the beach, has a relaxing lagoon view, tennis a few minutes away, 3 championship golf courses around the corner, and a pool/recreational area onsite. At a spacious 1,700 sq. ft., it provides all the comforts of home and an inviting environment to spend some island time. Consider renting our villa on Hilton Head Island, and thanks for stopping by. **UPDATE** We've just completed a total remodel of our kitchen, powder room, and foyer. New hardwood glazed maple cabinets with slow close drawers and doors, Cambria quartz countertops, travertine floor tile, all new stainless steel high-end appliances (range, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator) create a stunning setting to enjoy your vacation time with family and friends. Also, we've replaced the sleeper sofa, loveseat, and two upholstered chairs in the living area.
